We are looking for a confident and people‑oriented Store Manager based in the Winnipeg region who can multi‑task and keep things running smoothly in our busy salon environment.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic about all things beauty!
- At least 2‑3 years of experience in a retail leadership role.
- Can build rapport with guests and team, understanding that the experience is everything.
- Flexible, self‑motivated and driven with excellent people and communication skills.
- Superior time‑management skills; gets things done on time, every time (and on budget!).
- Knowledge of computer systems like Point of Sales, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Gmail.
- Inspirational leader who can be your own success story, inspiring others to be their best.
- Skilled at problem‑solving.
- Highly responsible and 100% reliable.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for retail operations management; analyze, maintain and improve systems and processes.
- Oversee and book guest appointments with a smile; share passion.
- Coach and train the sales team to help them achieve store sales targets.
- Ensure the salon is kept sparkling clean, well‑stocked and merchandised according to Chatters standards.
- Show off encyclopedic product knowledge; oversee inventory, product ordering and pricing.
- Monitor budgets, payroll management, scheduling and cost of goods management.
- Provide a welcoming environment for guests and beauty consultants.
