Strategy Analyst in Manufacturing

Join a leading manufacturing plant as a Strategy Analyst. This role involves investment planning, financial governance, and developing strategic dashboards to guide leadership decisions. You will support CAPEX strategy at Plant 1, focusing on ensuring schedule compliance and monitoring costs while playing a vital role in decision-making. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong project management skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project financial governance with accuracy
• Monitor costs and conduct profitability analyses
• Develop and refine effective industrial strategies
• Assess production capacity needs for long-term planning
• Collaborate to optimize production processes across teams Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing strategy or finance
• Strong financial reporting and forecasting skills
• Proven project management or business analysis experience
• Bilingual in English and French
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business Bring your analytical skills and strategic expertise to enhance performance at a renowned manufacturing facility.
