Director of Human Resources in Manufacturing

Lead HR strategy and operations as the Human Resources Director for a prominent manufacturing firm. Focus on building people solutions and enhancing employee engagement in North America. This pivotal role requires a hands-on HR leader to manage functions across various sites. You will directly report to the Chief Administrative Officer while spearheading talent acquisition, compliance, and employee programs. This position is designed for an experienced professional with a strong manufacturing background to drive performance and workforce initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct HR functions for multiple locations
- Partner with ownership on workforce initiatives
- Lead talent acquisition and performance management
- Strengthen employee engagement programs
- Ensure compliance for hourly and salaried employees
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience
- Expertise in manufacturing or similar sectors
- Solid background in employee relations
- Familiarity with entrepreneurial business environments
- Experience managing multi-site HR functions
