Human Resources Manager for Seafood Company

Shape HR processes and lead talent acquisition as a Human Resources Manager with Blue Shock Executive Search in New Brunswick. This pivotal role focuses on creating and managing recruitment pipelines for local and foreign employees. As a Human Resources Manager for a growing seafood company, you will drive internal recruitment initiatives and oversee Temporary Foreign Worker programs. Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Temporary Foreign Worker Program and LMIA applications
• Lead recruitment efforts for local and international employees
• Develop onboarding programs to boost retention rates
• Create and enforce company policies and procedures
• Support employee relations and workplace culture initiatives Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Human Resources or Workforce Management
• Experience with LMIA and Temporary Foreign Worker Programs
• Strong knowledge of immigration and labor legislation
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• CHRP designation preferred Drive impactful HR strategies focused on recruitment, immigration, and employee development to shape workforce success.
