This role focuses on the introduction of new components and technologies while streamlining manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will prepare detailed instructions to ensure efficient operations and resolve technical issues on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce components and technologies for high-quality production
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes with detailed instructions
- Collaborate on product definitions, tooling, and inspection processes
- Maintain documentation for product definitions and routings
- Investigate and resolve non-conformances on the shop floor
- Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with CINCOM is a plus
