HR Payroll Specialist in Manufacturing

We seek an experienced HR Payroll Specialist to handle payroll operations for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring adherence to Ontario employment standards. Your role will include administering employee benefits, maintaining accurate HRIS data, and supporting recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll for all employees
• Maintain precise records of payroll and employee perks
• Ensure compliance with Ontario payroll regulations
• Support recruitment and onboarding for new personnel
• Address payroll-related inquiries and communications Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of HR and payroll experience
• Familiarity with UKG and/or ADP payroll systems
• Strong understanding of Ontario employment standards
• PCP designation preferred or in progress
• Excellent communication and attention to detail Contribute to payroll accuracy and HR efficiency in a respected manufacturing company.
