In this full-time position, you will support a multi-site workforce across Canada. With over three years of payroll experience, your expertise in Quebec payroll legislation will be critical. You'll interact closely with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve payroll inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle payroll for Ontario and Quebec employees • Process payroll using Desjardins Payroll & HR Solutions • Ensure compliance with Quebec payroll legislation • Administer changes like new hires, terminations, and benefits • Maintain accurate employee payroll records

Requirements: • Fully bilingual in English and French • 3+ years of payroll experience, especially in Quebec • Strong understanding of provincial payroll laws • Hands-on experience with Desjardins Payroll preferred • PCP or PLP designation considered an asset
