This role supports recruitment for high-volume hospitality positions and corporate roles across all Eastern Canadian locations. Responsibilities

Full‑cycle recruitment for frontline hospitality roles (e.g., Lounge Associates, Kitchen Staff) and corporate positions (Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Sales). Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job postings, and develop tailored sourcing strategies. Utilize proactive sourcing methods (Indeed, onsite job fairs, referrals) and innovative strategies to identify top talent and meet hiring goals. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture, including both in‑person and virtual interviews. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring timely and professional communication with candidates and stakeholders. Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate pipelines, and weekly reporting on recruitment metrics. Manage HR social media presence across Canadian digital channels to support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Assist with onboarding activities, including orientation and uniform distribution as required. Collaborate with HR colleagues to identify gaps and improve the recruitment process. Work closely with the HR and Management teams for Canada and Talent Acquisition North America to align recruitment practices with business needs. Prepare and send New Hire Reports and New Hire Referrals to payroll. Perform other related responsibilities and special or ad‑hoc projects as assigned. Requirements

3–5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, with a mix of high‑volume and corporate settings. Experience in hospitality, Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Retail, or Aviation recruitment is highly desired. Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different job families and locations. Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Confidentiality and integrity are a must. Excellent problem‑solving skills and a team‑player attitude. Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written, interpersonal). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with employees at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting. Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. Positive, “can do” attitude and adaptability to change. Fully bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) required. Working Conditions

Able to travel across Canada and the U.S. as required. Monday–Friday, hybrid schedule: one day at home per week, remaining days in the office. The position requires minimal exposure to adverse conditions. Benefits
