Senior Specialist, Business Development

Is a leading national full-service law firm. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of strategic pitches, proposals, and RFP responses from opportunity intake through final submission. Draft, edit, and tailor compelling client‑facing content, including value propositions, credentials, representative matters, and practice descriptions. Coordinate legal directory submissions, awards. Conduct client, company, market, and competitive research to support business development opportunities and strategic pursuits. Maintain and enhance proposal content, experience databases, CRM records, lawyer biographies, and other business development resources. Qualifications: 5+ years of business‑development, proposals, or marketing experience, ideally within a law firm or other professional services environment. Demonstrated experience managing pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and legal directory submissions. Exceptional writing, editing, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and business development technologies. Competitive salary with bonus potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
