MSME Development Specialist Volunteer

Empower growth in micro and small businesses by volunteering with Cuso International in collaboration with the Private Sector of Jamaica. Help design essential tools for market and investment readiness.

As a specialist, you will work closely with PSOJ partners to create and implement the MSME Scale-Up Readiness Diagnostic Tool. This role emphasizes strategic planning, operational planning, and effective business management. You’ll also deliver invaluable training to stakeholders and contribute to essential project documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with PSOJ partners on scale-up tool development • Design the MSME Diagnostic Tool for targeted businesses • Provide expertise in strategic and operational planning • Deliver training and ongoing support to stakeholders • Assist in project documentation and reporting processes

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as business administration • Commitment to youth development and empowerment • Experience in strategic and organizational planning • Proven track record in training delivery • Advanced English proficiency required
