Client Development Specialist in Construction

Key Responsibilities:
• Build a network of builders, trades, and suppliers
• Connect with clients at events and meetings
• Master warranty programs for client assistance
• Offer liability and construction insurance services
• Maintain relationships with current and new clients Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience required
• Desire to achieve Level 2 insurance license
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationship-building capabilities
• Background in insurance, sales, or construction is beneficial Leverage your organizational skills and communication to cultivate relationships within the new home construction industry.
