• Offer assistance for inquiries on genetic testing
• Respond to client communications through phone and email
• Process orders accurately while ensuring quality control
• Manage client records within the CRM system
• Improve customer communication processes effectively Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or vocational degree in Life Sciences preferred
• 1–2 years in customer service roles
• Bilingual in French and English required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
