Military Family Services Specialist Role
Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services - CFMWS
Support the well-being of military families with CFMWS as a Military Family Services Program Specialist. This role engages in marketing initiatives to enhance community services and outreach. As a Military Family Services Program Specialist, you will focus on developing and managing marketing programs, analyzing engagement trends, and collaborating across teams. Your mission is to ensure comprehensive support for members and their families, improving their social wellness through effective campaigns and community programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement family support programs
• Write and edit creative marketing content
• Plan and coordinate seasonal outreach campaigns
• Analyze engagement data and marketing trends
• Collaborate with teams to deliver effective initiatives Requirements:
• College diploma in Social Science or related field
• Several years of experience in family support services
• Proven project management and community engagement skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in marketing and communications practices Utilize your skills in program management and community collaboration to enhance the lives of military families at CFMWS.
