Onsite Service Specialist for Inventory Management

Grainger is seeking an Onsite Service Specialist to support the Keep Stock team with customer inventory management and operational project execution. You will assist in the implementation of new installations, handle escalations, and ensure safety compliance at various customer sites. Your experience in a customer service or warehouse environment will be vital to ensuring the success of our inventory initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform machine break/fix activities at customer locations
• Implement and manage inventory project planning
• Collect data to support Keep Stock processes
• Provide coverage for On-Site Service Representatives as needed
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and requirements Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in customer service/warehouse roles
• Strong technical and operational issue handling
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Valid driver's license and safe vehicle adherence Utilize your customer service expertise and technical skills as you drive inventory excellence at Grainger.
