Key Responsibilities Track and manage production schedules with Partners
Generate performance reports for stakeholders
Resolve outstanding Partner billing issues efficiently
Monitor quality control related to performance metrics
Support operational changes in production processes
Requirements University Degree or Community College Diploma
3 years' experience in similar operational roles
Familiarity with financial or costing models
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
