Sales Compensation Analyst Role

Your analytical skills will be crucial in analyzing sales performance metrics and validating commission outcomes to identify trends and insights. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer timely and accurate sales compensation calculations
• Maintain detailed records of commission plans and quotas
• Analyze sales results and performance metrics for insights
• Assist in designing and administering incentive plans
• Prepare reports on incentives, quota attainment, and trends Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years in sales compensation or finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Power BI preferred Utilize your analytical prowess to support sales compensation and help drive strategic initiatives.
