Contribute to policy compliance and governance with Manulife as a Policy Governance Analyst in a hybrid working model. Champion effective policy strategies across various organizational levels. As part of Integrated Compliance Services, your responsibilities include coordinating the policy governance process and maintaining the SharePoint document repository. Clear communication and stakeholder management will be crucial for this role as you strive for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Policy Governance Team
- Administer SharePoint for essential policy documents
- Evaluate compliance across the organization
- Support Policy Managers in compliance-related tasks
- Implement process improvements and resolve issues
- College/University Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years in business writing/documentation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of project management principles
