Consultant for Academic Policy Development

Pacific Coast University for Workplace Health Sciences is seeking a qualified consultant for academic governance, policy review, and development. Engage in an essential project with a rapid timeline to enhance policies and governance. This consulting role involves reviewing and revising academic policies at PCU-WHS. The expert will assess alignment with post-secondary education standards and develop new policies where gaps exist. Your contributions are critical for future graduate program applications and institutional quality assurance initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Review approximately 52 existing academic policies
• Assess alignment with British Columbia education standards
• Revise outdated policies and draft new ones
• Ensure consistency in governance documents
• Produce a final set of policies for approval Requirements:
• Senior academic leadership experience required
• Proven history in policy review and development
• Knowledge of BC governance frameworks
• Experience with graduate program accreditation
• Strong expertise in institutional risk management Your expertise will shape the academic foundation of PCU-WHS, ensuring robust governance and quality assurance.
