Business Development Consultant at Sun Life

Elevate your career as a Business Development Consultant at Sun Life, where you will empower advisors in a hybrid working environment. In this pivotal role, you will recruit, onboard, and guide experienced advisors in building a holistic financial services business. Collaborate closely with the District Manager and other team members to enhance business performance and client engagement. Your strategic mindset will drive the success of both your advisors and the overall district. Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard experienced advisors and candidates
• Maintain relationships with community referral sources
• Execute onboarding plans and support new advisors
• Coach advisors for holistic business results
• Run business assessments and improve performance Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of financial services experience
• Valid Life Insurance and Mutual Fund licenses
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record in sales management Harness your expertise in financial services to propel advisors' success at Sun Life.
