- Lead business requirements documentation for Intelligent Intake and Workflow
- Author detailed user stories and collaborate with development teams
- Conduct thorough risk analyses for automation projects
- Participate actively in user acceptance testing and Scrum ceremonies
- Mentor junior analysts in best practices and methodologies
- Over 5 years of experience in business analysis
- Strong skills in process improvement and stakeholder engagement
- Solid understanding of Agile and Integrated Development Practices
- Proficient with Confluence for business analysis
- Familiarity with financial services operations
