Senior Business Analyst III NBCN Lung & Cervical HPV Screening Project Client: Provincial Health Application Services (PHAS), Service New Brunswick (SNB) Project: New Brunswick Cancer Network (NBCN) Lung & Cervical HPV Screening Solution Location: Remote within Canada (preferred) or onsite in Fredericton, NB Duration: 12 Months (up to 260 working days) with possible extension Start Date: July 6, 2026 Language: English Role Type: Contract Overview

Service Current Brunswick (SNB) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst III to support the implementation of the New Brunswick Cancer Network's Lung and Cervical HPV Screening Programs. The successful candidate will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured, analyzed, documented, and translated into scalable technology solutions. The resource will play a key role in business process transformation, Salesforce-based solution delivery, stakeholder engagement, Agile product backlog management, and healthcare program modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and information-gathering sessions. Develop meeting agendas, presentations, workshop materials, and meeting minutes. Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes and workflows. Conduct business process analysis, workflow analysis, gap assessments, impact assessments, and operational readiness assessments. Create and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

Agile Delivery & Product Ownership

Support manage and maintain product backlogs using Jira or similar Agile tools. Lead backlog grooming, refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and solution demonstrations. Break down large features into manageable user stories and tasks. Prioritize backlog items based on business value, stakeholder input, and technical feasibility. Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and operational stakeholders.

Salesforce & Digital Transformation Support

Support Salesforce implementation initiatives and Salesforce-based solutions. Leverage Salesforce platform knowledge to document business requirements and workflows. Assist with Salesforce integration, data exchange, and business process transformation initiatives. Map business requirements to Salesforce data models, workflows, objects, and related configurations.

Process Improvement & Operational Readiness

Develop operational frameworks and supporting documentation. Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, and reference materials. Support organizational change management and transition-to-operations activities. Develop training materials, user guides, and business support documentation.

Testing & Implementation Support

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Develop test scenarios and test cases. Validate requirements traceability and business acceptance criteria. Assist with defect triage and business validation activities. Support implementation planning and deployment readiness.

Mandatory Qualifications (M1‑M10)

M1: University Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration. M2: Minimum 7 years of demonstrated IM/IT experience. M3: Minimum 5 years of experience working on Salesforce implementations or Salesforce-based solutions. M4: Minimum 7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner on IM/IT projects, including:

Requirements elicitation Workshop facilitation User story development Backlog grooming and refinement Salesforce integration and data exchange initiatives Business process and workflow analysis/design

M5: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner on Public Sector IM/IT projects. M6: Minimum 3 months of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner on a Healthcare project within Recent Brunswick, Canada. M7: Recognized Business Analysis certification such as CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or equivalent. M8: Available to start on or around July6,2026. M9: Vendor must submit only one candidate. M10: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred / Scored Qualifications (S1‑S9)

S1: Workshop Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement – Minimum 7 years coordinating and facilitating discovery workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, requirements prioritization workshops, business process definition and validation sessions. S2: Process Documentation – Minimum 7 years documenting business processes, workflows, operational procedures, SOPs, BPMN-based process models. S3: Requirements Documentation – Minimum 7 years documenting functional requirements, non-functional requirements, user stories, gap analysis artifacts. S4: Product Backlog Management – Minimum 6 years managing Agile product backlogs including decomposition, acceptance criteria definition, prioritization, refinement, and collaboration with development teams. S5: Jira & Agile Tooling – Minimum 5 years utilizing Jira (or equivalent Agile tools) for backlog management, user stories, epics, tasks, and traceability. S6: Salesforce Administration & Analysis – Minimum 3 years configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related configurations; mapping business requirements to Salesforce data models and workflows; supporting solution delivery. S7: Public Sector / Regulated Environment Transformation – Minimum 2 years supporting public sector digital transformation, Salesforce or cloud platform implementations, stakeholder engagement, cross‑functional solution delivery. S8: Enterprise Integration & Data Exchange – Minimum 2 years documenting or implementing enterprise integrations, identity management, address validation, communication workflows, cross‑system data exchange, cloud‑to‑legacy integrations. S9: Data Migration & Modernization – Minimum 3 years experience with data migration mapping, transformation design, reconciliation activities, legacy modernization, cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive Business Analysis experience within healthcare, public sector, and Salesforce environments, with a proven ability to drive stakeholder engagement, facilitate workshops, document complex requirements, manage Agile backlogs, and support enterprise transformation initiatives involving cloud‑based solutions and healthcare program modernization.
