This executive role, reporting to the VP of In-Force Management and Business Optimization, requires expertise in financial performance strategies. You will conduct collaborative analyses to identify potential opportunities for optimization within Sun Life Canada's complex financial landscape. A focus on both legacy products and capital management ensures that strategic initiatives align with broader business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and implement strategies for financial performance optimization
• Collaborate on deep dives to analyze profitability and synergies
• Lead financial analyses for capital-related reinsurance arrangements
• Enhance financial management for legacy product profitability
• Conduct due diligence on acquisition and disposition opportunities Requirements:
• FCIA/FSA, CPA, CFA, MBA with 10+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of insurance value drivers
• Deep curiosity in complex product optimization
• Proven ability to operate in regulated environments
