Your expertise will help elevate Canada Life's health and well-being product offerings. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Create and maintain dashboards and standardized reports
- Analyze data trends across health product offerings
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency
- Deliver clear, executive-ready data insights
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL
- Experience with Databricks and Python or R
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory pipelines
