Senior Data & Analytics Support Engineer

Join the Data & Analytics Operations team as a Senior Support Engineer focused on client data protection. This role involves 24x7 support and the opportunity to lead operational improvements. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will safeguard critical data both on-premise and in the cloud. With a requirement of 4+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Analytics technologies, you must possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Informatica and SQL databases. Your contributions will significantly impact how we support our business operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational lead support for improvements and solutions
• Collaborate with project teams for smooth operational transitions
• Monitor application performance and resolve complex discrepancies
• Lead and implement operational improvements and changes
• Document technical processes and support notes Requirements:
• 4+ years in Data Warehouse and BI environments
• Proficient in ETL tools like Informatica
• Skilled in SQL scripting and AWS technologies
• Experience with DevOps tools and processes
• Eligible for Reliability Status Clearance Strengthen operational support and data integrity through advanced analytics and collaboration.
