Take your data engineering expertise to Shift4 as a Senior AWS Cloud Data Engineer. This onsite position supports creative cloud data solutions featuring AWS tools like Redshift and Glue.
Shift4 is redefining commerce with cutting‑edge technology and is looking for a skilled Senior Data Engineer. In this full‑time role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and maintain solid data infrastructure. Your hands‑on work with AWS services, data modeling, and ETL tools will ensure that we meet our data‑driven initiatives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust cloud data infrastructure solutions
Collaborate with diverse engineering teams and stakeholders
Mentor junior team members in data engineering best practices
Diagnose and resolve system issues as part of level3 support
Evaluate technical debt and contribute to platform modernization
Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of cloud data engineering experience
4+ years with AWS including Redshift and Glue
Solid skills in ETL tools like MS SSIS
Excellent English communication skills for collaboration
