Pay Details

$60,000 - $70,000 CAD. Eligible for commission-based earnings.

Job Description TD Wealth takes a sophisticated and holistic goals discovery approach to wealth planning and protection to provide highly personalized advice, solutions, and service to clients. The Financial Planning team drives success by delivering legendary customer experience and building award-winning, high‑performing teams.

Identify your client's life and financial goals, provide comprehensive reviews, and build long‑term relationships through financial planning expertise.

Conduct reporting and relevant analysis, making recommendations and continually assessing program effectiveness.

Contribute to team and department goals while strengthening customer service dedication.

Monitor service productivity, assess efficiency, and implement continuous improvements.

Stay current on best practices, procedures and emerging trends.

Acquire and apply expertise; provide mentorship, assistance and direction to others.

Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by aligned risk appetite.

Participate fully as a member of the team, supporting a positive, service‑oriented work environment.

Educational Requirements

University degree (preferred).

3–5 years within the financial services industry managing client relationships, providing financial advice and tailored investment solutions (preferred).

Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or CFA Level 1 (or higher) required before start date.

Complete Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) within first 90 days in role.

Hold CIRO Registered Representative (RR) license within first 90 days in role.

Complete Wealth Management Essentials (WME) within first 30 months in role.

Achieve Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within first 3 years in role.

CFP Eligibility requirements: University degree OR meet one of the following:

Up to 10 years of qualifying work experience.

Have been a QAFP professional in good standing for a minimum of 5 years at the time of applying.
