The Electrical Reliability Planner is responsible for improving reliability, availability, and performance of plant electrical assets through planning, scheduling, inspection, condition monitoring, and maintenance optimization. Responsibilities

Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for electrical equipment; plan and execute maintenance activities safely, efficiently, and cost‑effectively. Maintain SAP PM master data, create bill of materials, and define critical spare parts for MRP. Review notifications and workload; determine third‑party service needs. Plan, review, and optimize SAP PM and DMS PM01 corrective and PM02 preventive routines, establishing tasks, frequencies, and workload balancing. Distribute workload over a 48‑week span and prioritize maintenance orders based on monitoring results. Schedule weekly and daily maintenance plans, 13‑week master plan and major shutdowns; consolidate details of major repairs. Lead meetings for major shutdowns and After Action Reviews. Generate and follow up purchase requests for materials, spare parts, and wear parts; track delivery to ensure just‑in‑time availability. Monitor condition of all plant electrical equipment; initiate work orders based on inspection findings. Conduct condition‑based maintenance, root‑cause analysis, shutdown planning, and reliability‑centered maintenance practices. Maintain knowledge of equipment specifications, history files and update them as needed. Validate and update preventive maintenance job plans and electrical inspection job plans. Recommend economic strategies to extend life of plant electrical equipment. Prepare, follow up, and support the yearly condition monitoring schedule. Administrate work order system: generate notifications, close condition monitoring work orders, and record database trends. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Industrial Electrician Trade Certificate with minimum two years in a planning function; Electrical Engineering preferred. Work Experience: minimum 5 years in maintenance or production environments; at least 2 years creating and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Experience in heavy industry preferred. Training/Certifications: Maintenance Planner Certification preferred. Technical Skills: MS Office, Google Workspace, SAP, TIS, PACT. Travel: 10%. Additional: Must be flexible with working hours, participate in on‑call rotation, manage stress, assist and encourage maintenance team during critical situations. Benefits
