AWS Business Development Specialist

Elevate customer relationships with a focus on AWS initiatives as a Business Development Specialist. This role emphasizes relationship building, lead management, and strategic partner enablement in a dynamic environment. As an AWS Business Development Specialist, you'll enhance partnerships and drive cloud sales. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support customer consultations, track and manage AWS pipelines, and provide vendor training. Your role includes understanding sales processes, leading initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate on AWS initiatives to drive business growth
• Support partner enablement with vendor training
• Analyze metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct customer consultations and product education Requirements:
• 1-3 years in cloud sales preferred
• Associate’s degree in business or related fields preferred
• Strong sales process understanding
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time well Shape the future of cloud sales with your expertise in business development and AWS management.
