Telecom Business Development Manager at Driftwood

Drive telecom growth with Driftwood Communications as a Business Development Manager in Saanichton, British Columbia. Leverage your skills to build relationships with regional telcos and ISPs efficiently. This full-time position focuses on expanding Driftwood's clientele through strategic outreach in the telecom industry. You're tasked with maintaining a target list of over 60 potential buyers while ensuring an accurate proposal pipeline. Your role will include initiating cold calls and managing relationships with contractors, making sure Driftwood is top of mind for bids. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a target list of buyers in BC
• Establish important relationships with larger contractors
• Maintain CRM hygiene for accurate pipeline status
• Coordinate proposals to align with operational capacity
• Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to secure new business Requirements:
• Minimum three to five years in telecom business development
• Proven track record of closing deals valued at $200K-$2M
• Strong network within the BC telecom industry
• Ability to draft proposals and evaluate tender packages
• OSP knowledge across various infrastructures Utilize your expertise in telecom business development to enhance Driftwood's market presence and client relationships.
