- Manage and cultivate strategic partnerships for growth
- Oversee detailed RFP processes for client acquisition

- Manage the full sales cycle for diverse product offerings
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities
- Active LLQP license is mandatory
- 5-10 years of successful sales experience
- Expertise in Group Benefits and Retirement Services
- Experience in Indigenous community engagement preferred
- Must be willing to travel for client meetings
