MAHCP Research & Policy Analyst Role

Become a key asset for MAHCP as a Research and Policy Analyst, championing strategic research in the healthcare sector. Support the Association's mission while working in a dynamic team environment. This position reports to the Executive Director and centers on analyzing data and providing policy advice for MAHCP’s operational goals. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to conduct research, prepare reports, and develop tools critical for responding to emerging health issues and policy changes. You will also engage members through insightful surveys and research findings. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage research projects and analytical tools
• Analyze diverse data and information requests
• Identify and analyze emerging issues impacting priorities
• Prepare briefings and reports for leadership
• Support strategic communications with policy recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field
• 5–10 years of research and policy experience required
• Strong analytical and effective communication skills
• Experience in database applications
• Familiarity with labour relations preferred
