Business Analyst Hybrid Role in Winnipeg

We are seeking a qualified Business Analyst with at least three years of experience in business analysis or a related field. In this role, you will master root cause analysis and process mapping using tools like Excel and SQL. You will also collaborate with stakeholders, manage conflicting priorities, and ensure your solutions meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct gap analyses and process mapping for improved efficiency
- Develop reports and tools for data gathering and quality control
- Ensure technical specifications align with business objectives
- Support Agile project management to meet sprint goals
- Minimum 3 years of relevant business analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with data reporting and visualization tools
- Willingness to travel as required
