Key Responsibilities Conduct payroll compliance reviews and deliver strategic advisory services
Advise clients on payroll strategy and compliance risks
Support compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislation
Prepare payroll tax filings and reconciliations with CRA
Mentor junior colleagues in payroll advisory skills
Requirements 8+ years of experience in Canadian payroll advisory
Bachelor's degree; Payroll Compliance Professional designation preferred
Robust knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
Proficiency in leading payroll software and ERP systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
