With strong needs for full-cycle recruitment, health and safety management, and policy development, you'll support office and production staff effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Manage complete recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding • Support health and safety programs and incident reporting • Assist with employee training and orientation procedures • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures • Provide HR support for performance management and employee relations
