HR Manager for Manufacturing in Niagara

This position is vital for a seasoned HR professional with 5-8 years experience, preferably in manufacturing. You will lead recruitment, oversee compliance with employment legislation, and support performance management initiatives. Your strategic thinking and operational skills will help enhance workplace relationships and foster positive employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead recruitment and onboarding for new employees • Support employee relations and retention strategies • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation • Partner with managers for coaching and HR guidance

Requirements: • 5–8 years of HR experience in manufacturing • Strong understanding of Ontario HR laws • Experience with workplace health and safety initiatives • CHRP or CHRL designation preferred • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
