Senior Demand Planner at Maple Leaf
Maple Leaf Foods
Lead demand forecasting as a Senior Demand Planner at Maple Leaf. Utilize IBP to generate accurate forecasts that optimize inventory levels while collaborating with operations and sales teams. In this senior role, you will create an 18-month sales forecast and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate demand information. Leveraging your business acumen, you will engage with stakeholders to refine demand planning processes. You will utilize statistical modeling in IBP and advanced Excel tools to support decision-making and insights. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain an 18-month sales forecast in IBP
• Generate lift forecasts driven by commercial activity
• Analyze product lifecycle and adjust accordingly
• Monitor KPIs related to forecast accuracy
• Act as the main point of contact for demand forecasts Requirements:
• Minimum three years of demand planning experience
• Expertise in IBP and Excel modeling
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Understanding of supply chain processes
• Experience with Power BI is preferred Bring your expertise in demand planning and data analysis to drive inventory optimization at Maple Leaf.
