Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Master’s preferred • Minimum 7 years of experience in demand planning • Proficient with ERP/MRP and analytics tools • Strong statistical modeling and forecasting skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
