Proud to be based out of Langley BC, we have successfully installed and maintained multi-million dollar projects located throughout Canada.
A supervisors’ role is to complete all assigned field projects within assigned deadlines and budgets while managing a crew of workers. They are required to take ownership of the entire onsite operation of a project. In relation to that, the role is to facilitate an environment of growth for employees, manage relations with general contractor and subcontractors, and achieve overall project success.

Understand landscape designs and all required specs, buildups, and details

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Your Experience Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in progressive roles
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role (an asset)
Clean driver’s abstract
Mobile equipment experience with skid steer and excavator
Post-secondary trades education or Red Seal (completion or working towards) in landscaping/horticulture (an asset)
Compensation $85,000-104,000 (40.87 - 50/hr)
The pay range for this role is: 85,000 - 104,000 CAD per year (Horizon Contracting Group (Head Office)).
