BIM-Focused Pre-Construction Coordinator

• Utilize BIM/VDC tools for planning and logistics
• Develop BIM Execution Plans for data usage
• Create 2D/3D logistics sequencing drawings
• Perform BIM-based quantity take-offs from models
• Manage 3D models, conduct clash detection, and chair meetings Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of construction experience
• Post-secondary degree in construction field
• Proficient in Revit with excellent drawing comprehension
• Experience with clash detection software
