Bilingual Services Coordinator in Health

Become a pivotal Bilingual Services Coordinator with the Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority. Your primary focus will be coordinating French health services and enhancing community engagement initiatives. In this role, you will oversee French service delivery and coordinate training for staff on Active Offer practices. Essential responsibilities include reporting service effectiveness, identifying bilingual personnel, and facilitating communication for French-speaking clients. Your efforts will contribute to meaningful health service delivery within the community. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor French service effectiveness and report findings
• Coordinate Active Offer training for staff members
• Identify bilingual personnel for client interactions
• Facilitate communication for French-speaking patients
• Ensure compliance with bilingual standards in services Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with three years of public sector experience
• Proficient in bilingual customer support and engagement
• Experienced in administrative support and training coordination
• Knowledgeable in health and social services legislation
• Ability to track and report performance metrics Drive community health initiatives and provide essential support in French as a Bilingual Services Coordinator.
