• Communicate design decisions and incorporate feedback Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in digital design with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma and user-centered design practices
• Knowledge of WCAG standards and design systems
