Senior Product Designer for Water Rides

Lead innovative designs at a global firm as a Senior Product Designer specializing in large-scale fiberglass water ride systems. This hands-on role involves advanced 3D CAD surfacing and geometry development. Our client, a leader in engineered ride systems, is seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join their Product Development team. You'll be at the forefront of transforming complex concepts into production-ready components while ensuring performance, safety, and manufacturability. This role requires expertise in surfacing and design for large-scale products. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop complex 3D models for fiberglass water ride systems
• Optimize designs with manufacturability considerations
• Produce detailed manufacturing drawings and documentation
• Participate in full product development lifecycle
• Provide field support for installation and verification Requirements:
• 5+ years in product design with 3D CAD expertise
• Advanced skills in SOLIDWORKS surfacing tools
• Experience with non-prismatic geometry and large assemblies
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting standards
• Familiarity with transitioning designs to manufacturing Utilize your design expertise and technical skills to create exceptional water ride systems in this innovative team environment.
