In this critical role, you will oversee the development of innovative mechanical solutions, from concept to full production. Utilizing SolidWorks, you'll lead project teams while ensuring compliance with design standards and operational effectiveness. Your extensive experience in industrial product development will empower you to tackle technical challenges and guide successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and refine mechanical designs tailored for manufacturing
- Serve as the technical authority on projects, ensuring best practices
- Assemble and test prototypes to verify design integrity
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on project execution
- Address assembly challenges during production and installation
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Strong SolidWorks skills and experience in product development
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
