Mechanical Package Engineer In Calgary

Join a leading oil and gas firm focused on facility design and implementation for various energy projects.We are in search of an Intermediate to Senior Mechanical Package Engineer with at least 8 years of oil and gas experience. Your role involves interpreting specifications, ensuring safety and quality in mechanical packages, and coordinating closely with engineering and project management teams. You will engage in comprehensive evaluations and selections of gas processing equipment to support diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret and implement client and industry specifications
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams
Specify and evaluate gas processing equipment and packages
Conduct technical bid evaluations and provide recommendations
Requirements: P. Eng. in Mechanical Engineering registered with APEGA
Minimum 8 years of experience in oil and gas
Familiarity with industry codes and standards
Solid technical evaluation and communication skills
