Product Owner – Telehealth Platform
Join CarePortals as a Product Owner focused on enhancing our telehealth platform. This is a hands‑on role requiring 3+ years of relevant experience in digital health or telehealth.
At CarePortals, you will play a pivotal role in refining our key offerings. Collaborating with engineering, customer success, and operations, you’ll translate customer feedback into actionable product specifications. Your organizational skills will help structure workflows, improve product features, and support our agile startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product backlog for CarePortals platform
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with engineering on requirements
- Identify product improvement opportunities with customer success
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Product Owner or similar
- Experience in direct‑to‑consumer telehealth
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup
