Lead production activities at Arrow Engineered Products in Cambridge, ON. As a Production Manager, you will oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and on-time delivery every day.
Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group is looking for a skilled Production Manager with at least 10 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. This role involves managing employee performance, overseeing CNC machining and welding, and communicating effectively with various departments. Your leadership will drive production efficiency and uphold exceptional safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities in machine and fabrication shops
- Ensure all materials and tools are ready before production starts
- Monitor workflow and address production bottlenecks
- Train and coach employees for skill development
- Conduct daily supervision including attendance and scheduling
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in a manufacturing supervisory role
- Experience with CNC machining and welding processes
- Solid leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems preferred
