• Répondre aux clients et comprendre leurs besoins
• Effectuer le suivi des informations nécessaires
• Vérifier la conformité des horaires
• Gérer les plaintes clients selon les procédures
• Assurer un service à la clientèle exceptionnel Requirements:
• Bilingue en français et anglais
• Aisance avec MS Office et Excel
• Autonomie marquée et rapidité d’apprentissage
• Excellentes compétences en communication
