We are partnering with a well‑established Saskatchewan‑based consumer products company that is experiencing significant growth across Canada and the United States. As the organization continues to scale, they are seeking a Trade Spend & Accounting Analyst to join their Finance team in a highly visible role that works closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Leadership. This is an excellent prospect for an accounting professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a rapid‑paced environment, and wants exposure beyond traditional accounting responsibilities. What You’ll Be Doing

Managing the customer‑to‑cash cycle, including invoicing, collections, customer account management, and dispute resolution Supporting month‑end close through journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting Analyzing trade spend, deductions, chargebacks, and promotional investments to help improve profitability Monitoring and reporting on key financial and operational metrics Partnering with Sales and Operations to provide insights and support decision‑making Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, inventory‑related processes, and continuous improvement initiatives Supporting external review and audit requirements What We’re Looking For

3+ years of accounting, trade spend, accounts receivable, or financial analysis experience Experience within CPG, food manufacturing, retail supplier, distribution, or manufacturing environments Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets Experience with trade spend, deductions, rebates, chargebacks, or promotional accounting would be considered a strong asset Postsecondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field CPA designation or progress toward a designation is an asset, but not required Why Consider This Prospect?
