IT Manager for Contact Centre Operations
Pathway Communications
Lead the IT service delivery for Pathway Communications as the IT Manager overseeing 24/7 operations. Drive client success with a focus on continuous improvement and multi-location team leadership. As the IT Manager for Pathway Communications, you will own service delivery across a diverse client portfolio. With over five years of experience in service management, you will leverage your expertise in Windows Server and Microsoft365 to ensure seamless client onboarding and operational success. Your leadership skills will cultivate high-performance service desk teams, producing key performance reports and improving efficiencies through automation. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage 24/7 contact centre operations ensuring SLA compliance
• Lead client onboarding and project delivery initiatives
• Administer Windows Server and Microsoft365 environments
• Mentor service desk teams and enhance their performance
• Define and track key delivery performance indicators Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Over five years in service delivery for clients
• Proven leadership in a contact centre environment
• Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms
• Mandatory Microsoft certifications required Utilize your IT expertise to enhance service delivery and drive business growth at Pathway Communications.
