Tunnel Construction Contract Administrator

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports • Draft and review RFI responses and change orders • Assist clients in managing and delivering projects • Use Project Management Information Systems proficiently • Present findings to clients and design teams clearly

Requirements: • BS in Construction Management, Civil or Environmental Engineering • P.Eng. license highly preferred • 20+ years in project management, 10 in tunneling • Expertise in contract claims and risk management • Strong Excel and Microsoft Suite proficiency
